Safety tools are built into the Vahigo app, before and during your ride.

Before your ride

• Verified drivers on the platform
• The fare is shown before you book
• A start OTP: your ride begins only after the driver enters your code

During your ride

• Live tracking of your driver and trip
• Share Ride: send your ride link to someone you trust
• Panic button: the Vahigo team gets your location and ride details and calls you
• Emergency: call emergency services from the Safety Toolkit in the app
